You broke me into a thousand pieces, like a kid breaks a doll for his play
Many times in a day, and that's my bravery who lost, you treated me like sand and clay,
That's my soul whom you slay
That bloody lust in your eyes, that monster hidden inside
Your rough touches, your creepy stare, and you humanity dying beside
You took my pride, you murdered my unborn dreams,
You looted my breath, left me with tear streams
Your forceful clenches that were amiss surely
The way you forced yourself on me, you dismissed my innocence purely
When I was an infant, just 8 months old
Society told my parents, it's all their fault
"Couldn't you take care of this little soul
This is the world dear, full of foul"
When I was 8 years old,
Everyone taught me "How to be bold"
"That was a bad dream, try to console your soul"
When I was 18 years old
Bad things happened to me, I was grieving for my loss, and society was busy in finding my faults They told me "you're too independent,
And your dresses are usually short, those are the reasons, it means that's all your fault",
When I was 28, no one was there to console
According to them, I am a wife and a mother, so I should not work after all
My behaviour and my beauty were the reasons to bad people lure
And ages after age, monsters grew,
Looted innocence of innocents and flew,
Either by hinding in the double standard society or in the prison, After some years they are back to their home, like nothing ever gone wrong,
But what we lost were some innocent, beautiful and brave souls like Nirbhaya & Asifa,
These all protests gonna stop in few days & just like every time we'll forget these cases too......
